Every month the CEO & CFO joins the Executive S&OP meeting chaired by Executive Vice President of Supply Chain, to ensure management S&OP buy-in and support. About Ole Fruekilde Madsen:
Ole played a pivotal role on the implementation team for S&OP at LEGO Group. He is now the Global process owner, responsible for implementation of S&OP processes worldwide. Ole earned an MS in Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark.
