Views of Chartered Financial Analysts on Earnings Forecasts: A Behavioral Study
This study investigated CFA's opinions concerning interim financial reports and earnings forecasts prepared by the accounting profession and the direction that accountant's should take to improve their communications to equity investors. The behavioral survey reported that more than anything CFAs recommended that management and independent accountants should use the same standards.
