He is currently Head of Western Europe Operations at Avon where he is responsible for E2E Supply Chain, including redesign of IBP across the EMEA region. Prior to Avon, Piotr held a range of supply chain and S&OP roles at companies including McCormick & Company and INDYKPOL, and led supply chain improvement across Highland Partners’ portfolio of companies. Prior to this, he held various roles at companies such as American Standard, Philips, Lixil and Kohler. Jorge holds a Mechanical engineering degree and MBA from the Monterrey Institute of Technology (ITESM) and became a Harvard Alumni in 2021 through their General Management Program (GMP).He became a certified Six Sigma Green Belt in 2004, earned a Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) in 2006, and received the Advanced Certificate for Executives (ACE) in Management, Innovation and Technology from the MIT Sloan School of Business in 2018. In his free time, Jorge loves to write articles for the Journal of Business Forecasting, read sci-fi or fantasy novels and spend time with his family.
