David is a digital transformation, consumer insights and marketing leader at Nissan where he currently leads the Market Intelligence Data Analytics organization that produces insights designed to drive digital transformation within the planning function at Nissan. He previously worked in an industry analyst role at IHS Markit and supply chain roles at Ford Motor Company and Honda. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and a BS in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University. He is a member of the digital marketing advisory panel at the University of South Florida.

Dalila is currently an International Business Analyst in the French pharmaceutical company LFB. She leads operational excellence and data management programs for LFB’s international operations, driving operational efficiency. Prior to LFB, Dalila worked as a Serology Expert/Quality Lead at UK NEQAS. She holds an MBA from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and a Master’s degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Aix-Marseille University. She is also a Certified Professional Forecaster (CPF) and Certified PQMS AUDITOR.

Alain Pouliot is a senior supply chain professional with over 20 years of experience. He is currently the Director of Global Product Demand Planning at Meta, where he leads demand planning for Reality Labs, the business unit that builds tools helping people feel connected, anytime, anywhere. He leads a global team of demand planners focused on innovative VR and AR products. Prior to Meta, Alain worked for L’Oréal, Nestlé, and Microsoft. He holds both an MSc in Logistics and BBA in in Operations Management from HEC Montréal. He recently completed an MA in WWII Studies, an innovative joint program between Arizona State University and New Orleans’ very own National WWII Museum. Alain is based out of the Seattle area.

Dr. Sven F. Crone is an expert in forecasting, with over 15 years of expertise in both its theory and practice. As an Assistant Professor at Lancaster University and the Director of the Lancaster Centre for Forecasting (the largest thinktank dedicated to business forecasting) he has been published in over 40 scientific publications and has received international awards for developing new forecasting algorithms. He has trained over 500 Demand Planners, and consulted with industry leaders on improving forecasting methods, systems and processes. Sven is a regular speaker at IBF conferences, sharing insights from hands-on consulting projects and the latest research in forecasting for FMCG/CPG, Call Centres and Energy Markets.

Prior to joining McCormick, Max worked for DTLR, Under Armour, and Ross Stores where he held various planning roles.
