Timur Gostik is an accomplished Supply Chain Director with extensive cross-functional expertise spanning Demand & Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory, Marketing, and Portfolio Management. Having lived and worked in Poland, Germany, Russia, and the UK, he brings a strong international perspective to building agile, end-to-end planning organizations. As Demand & Supply Planning Director, EMEA at KAO Corporation, Timur leads capability development across the regional planning organization, driving process excellence, agility, and business performance. Previously, he served at Avon in global and regional leadership roles, including Global S&OP Director and EMEA Demand Planning Director. Timur holds a Master’s in Engineering from Moscow State Technical University and an MBA from Moscow International University. He is APICS CPIM-certified and an Erickson Professional Coach.
