It’s for forward thinking professionals that recognize we don’t have all the answers.

Why you must attend

  • Roll up your sleeves and learn from IBF thought leaders
  • Find out how to successfully implement S&OP and go beyond with Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
  • See how to improve your forecasting and demand planning process
  • Learn through real-world case studies from leading companies
  • Maximize the value you get from your planning
  • Achieve S&OP and IBP excellence.

Earn an S&OP/IBP Certificate

When you complete IBF’s training, you have the option of earning IBF’s S&OP/ IBP Certificate, which validates your knowledge gained through the program. This digital certificate demonstrates an understanding of the fundamentals of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and reveals to employers that you have a working knowledge of the associated processes and best practices.

To gain the Certificate you will have 1-hour to take a knowledge check which validates your understanding of the course content. This knowledge check covers the end-to-end planning process and best practices. The S&OP Boot Camp contains all the knowledge required to pass.

Upon successful completion of the knowledge check, you will be awarded with IBF’s internationally recognized S&OP/ IBP Certificate.

This digital certificate is shareable on platforms such as LinkedIn. To get your S&OP/ IBP Certificate, click "REGISTER" to "ADD-ON: CERTIFICATE IN S&OP/ IBP" with your Immersive Training registration.

NEW PRODUCT FORECASTING & PLANNING WORKSHOP (OPTIONAL ADD-ON)

Planning new products is high-stakes and harder to forecast than managing the existing portfolio. Limited data, shifting assumptions, and cross-functional dependencies make planning especially complex. This hands-on workshop provides practical tools to build stronger, more reliable new product forecasts.

Using real-world examples, you’ll learn how to bring structure to uncertainty, align functions, and drive better launch decisions.

You’ll learn how to:
  • Connect innovation and growth to your S&OP/IBP process
  • Build a scalable new product forecasting approach across categories
  • Apply the right mix of judgmental, analog, diffusion, market research, and data-driven models
  • Strengthen collaboration across marketing, R&D, finance, and operations
  • Use early signals and post-launch data to refine forecasts in real time
  • Transform how your organization plans, launches, and grows new products.
