Prior to Walmart, Mazdul held leadership roles at Bob's Discount Furniture, Capgemini, Equinor, and IBM, leading enterprise technology and transformation programs.

Imane “Amy” Sabeh is Vice President of Global S&OP at KBI Biopharma (a JSR company), where she leads global integrated planning and S&OP strategy. She previously held senior planning leadership roles at PODS, Clorox, Sunbrella, and Teleflex across moving and storage, CPG, and biotech industries. Imane specializes in designing and implementing end-to-end S&OP/IBP processes and strategic planning transformations. She is host of The Strategic Planning Room podcast, a published author in the Journal of Business Forecasting, and co-author of Practical Guide to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP/IBP) published by the Institute of Business Forecasting & Planning. Cassandra Wettlaufer is Director of Global Supply Chain at Schumacher Electric, where she leads global supply chain strategy and integrated planning initiatives. Justin began his career with DuPont in 2002, holding roles in engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain across the U.S., India, and China. He later joined Valspar/Sherwin-Williams as a plant manager before becoming Global Director of Manufacturing for Arkema’s Sartomer unit. In 2021, he took on dual leadership roles in Sartomer's Global Photoinitiator and Marketing divisions. Currently, Justin serves as Global Supply Chain Director for Arkema’s Coating Solutions segment, overseeing end-to-end operations across 31 plants and €3B in turnover. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering, an MBA, and is pursuing executive education at Wharton and INSEAD.

Jim Barnes is a supply chain planning and transformation executive, currently leading the implementation of Global Planning at Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions, an organization dedicated to water conservation and re-use, world-wide. Prior to Veolia, Jim held executive positions at Johnson Controls, the Institute for Supply Management, and KPMG. His supply chain experience spans 3 decades across a wide variety of industries, including Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing and Energy.

Mr. Breault is the Managing Director of LifeWork Search, a Management Recruiting firm. Jason has worked with leading soft goods, hard goods, and food and beverage companies—ranging in size from $50 million to $20 billion—to identify top talent in areas like demand planning, supply planning, operations planning, production planning, and S&OP. He is a board member of the New England chapter of IBF. He has also spoken at several APICS and IBF events and appeared in several SupplyChainBrain.com videos on the subject of Talent Management. Jason spent more than five years at AMR Research in Boston (now Gartner), a leading research and advisory organization focusing on the supply chain best practices and applications being leveraged to help cut costs and increase revenues.

Andrew D. Schneider, ACPF, is Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Integrated Business Planning for Peloton's Commercial Business Unit, where he leads global supply chain strategy, planning, procurement, and operating model transformation. Previously, he held supply chain leadership roles with Medtronic, Ball Corporation, Crocs, and other global organizations. Andrew specializes in integrated business planning, forecasting, AI-enabled planning, and decision science, helping organizations improve service, profitability, and executive decision-making. He is an ASCM Distinguished Fellow, recipient of the ASCM Award of Excellence, and a longtime member of the IBF Advisory Board.

Grant Hoffman is Chief Supply Chain Officer at Ciena. He is a seasoned supply chain executive with more than 24 years of leadership experience across the technology, consumer electronics, automotive, and consumer packaged goods industries. Prior to joining Ciena, Grant served as Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer at Poly and previously held senior supply chain leadership roles with Lenovo, Motorola, Google, Continental Automotive Group, and Del Monte Foods. Dr. Sven F. Crone is Assistant Professor in Management Science at Lancaster University and Director of the Lancaster Centre for Forecasting. With over 15 years of experience in forecasting theory and practice, he has published more than 40 scientific papers and developed award-winning forecasting algorithms. He has trained over 500 demand planners and consults with global organizations on forecasting methods, systems, and processes. Dr. Crone received IBF’s Dr. Chaman L. Jain Lifetime Achievement Award in 2024.
