Ashley Oien is Senior Director of Demand Planning at Rise Baking Company, where she leads forecasting strategy and planning transformation initiatives. Previously, she served as Director of Demand and Supply Planning at Schuman Cheese. With a background in mathematics and statistics, Ashley began her career as a college mathematics professor before transitioning into supply chain. She holds IBF’s Certified Professional Forecaster (CPF) designation and APICS CPIM certification.
