Kevin is a Supply Chain and Operations executive with a proven track record of developing talent, reducing costs, and delivering world class service. He leads a team of 300 people in the country and international fulfillment center operations for the Luxury Division. For 5 consecutive years, first at Lancôme then at Kiehl’s, Kevin delivered the highest lag 3 forecast accuracy in the world in L'Oreal Luxury, and reduced excess and obsolete by over 30%. In 2012, he built out the demand planning function and implemented consensus demand planning process at a $500M + CPG company enabling S&OP implementation, step changing forecast accuracy (120 index to PY) and reducing inventory levels by over 35%. Prior to this, Kevin worked at PepsiCo where he led the Demand and Supply Planning teams for the South Business Unit, with $3.4 billion in revenue, 14 plants, and 114 locations. He also piloted Voice Pick for the company and led the demand planning integration of Gatorade and Tropicana Chill into the Pepsi Beverages Company direct store delivery model for the South Business Unit. Kevin has served as President of the Institute for Business Forecasting & Planning (IBF) New York Metro Chapter since 2012 and has published articles in the Journal of Business Forecasting.

Her prior experience at Dell includes award-winning work in supply chain simulation, explainable AI, and large-scale anomaly detection. Jess holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of Texas at Austin.

He is also a longtime member of Vistage, an executive coaching organization for business leaders.

As Director of Thought Leadership at IBF, he brings over 20 years of experience, previously leading demand planning at Escalade Sports, Berry Plastics, and Tempur Sealy. He is a frequent speaker and panelist who has published extensively in The Journal of Business Forecasting and APICS Magazine.
