Could you first explain the products you produce, number of people work and sales volume? A. Our principal products are powdered and liquid detergents. We have about 400 employees. Our sales volume is about 700 billion Lira. Q. Where does the forecasting function reside? How many people work in the forecasting area? What percentage of time do they spend on this function? A. The forecasting function resides with the controlling and finance department. About 8 people work in this department. They spend about 60-70% of their time on forecasting. Q. How many different products do you forecast? A. We forecast three different types of powdered detergents ( two wash machine and one hand-wash) and two types of liquid detergents (one wash machine and one hand-wash). Q.
