Meredith has led demand planning teams across multiple industries. She is currently the Director of Integrated Business Planning at Campbell Snacks (part of Campbell Soup Company). Prior to this she was Director of Demand Planning and Customer Fulfillment at Ball Corporation and has also led demand planning at WhiteWave Foods and L’Oreal. She holds a BA in Economics from Davidson College.

Alberto started his career as a management consultant, specializing in logistics and operations. This helped him develop a strong foundation in Supply Chain Management and instilled a passion for understanding complex demand-supply systems and the science behind successful management practices. Alberto joined Adidas as a Demand Planner seven years ago and has held several different demand planning roles across Europe, Latin America, and North America. Currently, he is responsible for the execution and continual improvement of the end-to-end planning process across all commercial channels and Adidas brands in the US. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Systems Engineering from the Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico and is currently pursuing a Management Science and Engineering Graduate program at Stanford University.

Kyle is an experienced supply chain leader with more than ten years of progressive experience planning new product launches, with a focus on forecast accuracy. Prior to his current role at Adidas, he worked as Demand Planning Manager at LaCrosse. Kyle holds a degree in Business Administration, Management & Operations from the National American University-Albuquerque. In addition to his work at Adidas, he serves on the Portland ASCM Board of Directors and holds a certification in Production and Inventory Management.
