Bogusz is a leader and practitioner in forecasting, demand planning and S&OP with 20+ years’ experience in the field, in both retail and manufacturing. He has worked both as function lead and supply chain planning consultant supporting multiple companies from various industries including automotive, pharma, FMCG and construction. Since 2019 he leads the statistical forecasting team at HILTI as Head of Global Forecasting. He holds an MSc in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Warsaw as well as IBF CPF and ASCM CPIM certifications.

He holds degrees in Chemical Engineering and Accounting from the University of Pennsylvania and an IBF CPF certification.
