He has served both as a functional lead and a supply chain planning consultant, supporting various companies across industries including automotive, life sciences, FMCG, construction, packaging, beverages, and home appliances. Since February 2024, he has been driving the S&OP process at Optegra UK, a leading private healthcare provider that improves the quality of life for tens of thousands of patients each year through vision-correction therapies. Bogusz holds an MSc in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Warsaw, as well as IBF Certified Professional Forecaster (CPF) and ASCM CPIM certifications. He currently resides in Manchester, UK, with his wife and two sons.
