As we enter the data age, leading organizations are leveraging advanced methods, models, and approaches to improve forecast accuracy, automate forecasting processes, and better understand consumer behavior. The results are tangible: increased cash-flow, reduced inventory, and improved customer service. IBF’s Advanced Demand Planning & Forecasting Boot Camp is a training program designed to give practitioners the tools to take business planning performance to the next level. This is both for practitioners looking to build models themselves, as well leaders who need to understand inputs and outputs to lead advanced analytics projects.

This program takes forecasters and demand planners beyond time series forecasting and opens up the world of AI and predictive analytics, allowing you to extract unprecedented value from the data your company holds, as well external data including social media, product reviews and much more. You’ll learn the different analytics models including Regression, Clustering, Artificial Neural Networks, Decision Trees and others, and how to prepare and manage data to leverage these next level techniques. This includes approaches that can be used for scenario planning and what-if analysis allowing you to react to whatever the future brings, including black swan events that provide the kind of extreme demand and supply shocks we saw in 2020 and 2021.

Why YOU should Attend:

  • Get expert instruction that takes you beyond Time Series forecasting to advanced analytics including AI, predictive analytics and machine learning.
  • Learn cause-and-effect techniques that drive unprecedented consumer insight and improved forecast accuracy.
