He currently leads the Planning organization for Mattel in EMEA, responsible for Demand Planning, Supply & Inventory Management, and the S&OP process. Previous roles include Strategic Planning, Process Improvement, and Global Forecasting Development, delivering strategic projects such as the implementation of JDADemand (now Blue Yonder), setting up new go-to-market models, and a post-merger integration. He holds a MSc. degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands.

He stayed at P&G for the following 2 years as a financial analyst in various units of the company before joining Celgene where he established a Demand Planning department along with an S&OP process. Hadrien is now responsible for long term planning of BMS’s Established Brands portfolio. He holds a degree in International Hospitality Management from Lausanne Hospitality Business School and is CPF and CPIM certified.
