Michael is a forward-thinking customer focused supply chain executive with extensive experience in end-to-end supply chain strategy, demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, and S&OP implementation. He currently serves as the Director of Global S&OP at Merz Aesthetics where he was responsible for establishing a Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, as well as a Supply Chain Planning Center of Excellence for the global business unit. Prior to this, he led the Supply Chain operations at Wilton Brands, Essendant and Caterpillar. Michael holds an MBA from Illinois State University and a Master of Economics from University of Missouri-St. Louis and is an IBF Certified Professional Forecaster (CPF) and the Chicago Chapter President.

Jeff holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, an MBA, and a Master of Engineering in Supply Chain Management from MIT. He is also a recipient of Supply & Demand Chain Executive’s 2019 Pros to Know award. Jeff is an advocate for advancing the Supply Chain Management field and does so through training, and speaking at IBF events worldwide. He is an IBF Certified Professional Forecaster (CPF).

Geoff Shive has over 40 years of experience leading people and teams across all aspects of the supply chain, including S&OP, Supply Planning, and Demand Planning. Since 2015, Geoff has consulted for a diverse range of clients, from a large family-owned wine manufacturer to a small, fast-growing healthy food producer. He assists clients with S&OP implementation, selection and implementation of planning software, and demand planning as a service. Prior to 2015, Geoff held various supply chain and engineering roles at Kellogg Company, Keebler Company, President Baking, and Nabisco. He maintains several current certifications, including Advanced Certified Professional Forecaster, Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
