Her amazing team consists of Procurement, Demand and Supply Planning, Customer Logistics and Digital Supply Chain. Diana has over 20 years of supply chain experience and has held a variety of positions as Head of Supply Chain at NOW Foods, VP and General Manager of Natural Products at Kerry Ingredients and Director of Global Procurement at PepsiCo. Diana is also passionate about running and international travel!

Jeff is a Supply Chain Planning expert with extensive experience in Demand Management, Integrated Business Planning/S&OP, and Advanced Planning and Scheduling. Jeff has extensive experience working with the world's best-known companies to improve their Supply Chain planning processes and capabilities, from design to implementation. Jeff holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, an MBA, and a Master of Engineering in Supply Chain Management from MIT. He is also a recipient of Supply & Demand Chain Executive’s 2019 Pros to Know award. Jeff is an advocate for advancing the Supply Chain Management field and does so through training, and speaking at IBF events worldwide. He is an IBF Certified Professional Forecaster (CPF).

Geoff Shive has over 40 years of experience leading people and teams across all aspects of the supply chain, including S&OP, Supply Planning, and Demand Planning. Since 2015, Geoff has consulted for a diverse range of clients, from a large family-owned wine manufacturer to a small, fast-growing healthy food producer. He assists clients with S&OP implementation, selection and implementation of planning software, and demand planning as a service. Prior to 2015, Geoff held various supply chain and engineering roles at Kellogg Company, Keebler Company, President Baking, and Nabisco. He maintains several current certifications, including Advanced Certified Professional Forecaster, Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
