Executive Vice President, Chief Supply Chain Officer

Grant Hoffman is Poly’s Executive Vice President, Chief Supply Chain Officer, responsible for Poly’s global supply chain and manufacturing. Hoffman is a 24-year veteran of supply chain with experience in consumer electronics, automotive, and consumer packaged goods. He was most recently VP and Head of Supply Chain for Lenovo’s Mobile Phone business unit. Prior to joining Lenovo, Grant held positions of increasing responsibility at Motorola, Google, Continental Automotive Group and Del Monte Foods. Grant holds an undergraduate degree in business and an MBA from Northern Illinois University. Hoffman serves on the Board of Advisors at the Institute of Business Forecasting (IBF), and as an advisor to both the University of Wisconsin Erdman Center for Operations Management and Northern Illinois University's Operations Management department. He is an IBF Certified Professional Forecaster (CPF).

Joe Eschenbrenner serves as Director of Demand Planning for Puma North America. Joe's current responsibilities are focused in multiple areas, driving "Speed to Market" and "Holistic Operational Efficiency". He manages Demand and Supply Planning, Merchandising Operations, and Sales Allocations. Prior to joining Puma, Joe was the Global Manager of Demand Planning for the Timken Company which serves diverse industries including Automotive, Heavy Truck, Off Highway, Rail, Wind Energy, Heavy Industries, Power Transmission, Industrial Distribution and Automotive Market. Joe holds an MBA and Master's Degree in Finance from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) as well as a B.A. in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Connecticut. Joe is a past President of the Automotive Market Research Council and has achieved IBF's Advanced Certified Professional Forecaster (ACPF) designation.

Todd is also a member of the Institute of Business Forecasting & Planning (IBF) Board of Advisors, and has served as a keynote speaker & panelist for IBF Executive Forums and conferences. Todd has also published in the IBF's Journal of Business Forecasting.

Her experience covers overseeing the Global S&OP & Demand Center of Excellence for the Medical Segment businesses at Cardinal Health where she developed a team of Planners, implemented S&OP & Planning processes, and led the implementation of SAP IBP. Her background also includes several complex multi system conversions into a single forecasting software solution. Lori holds an MBA with a focus on Logistics, Materials and Supply Chain Management from Bryant University and is an IBF Certified Professional Forecaster.

A recognized expert on demand planning and S&OP, and a self-professed “S&OP geek” - Patrick was previously Practice Manager of Supply Chain Planning at the consulting firm, Plan4Demand where his client list included Diageo, Bayer, GlaxoSmithKline, Pfizer, Foster Farms, Cabot Industries and American Girl. Patrick’s experience encompasses tenures with Cadbury, Kraft Foods, Unisys, and Snapple. Patrick also worked for the supply chain software company - Numetrix, and was Vice President of R&D at Atrion International. He was also the recipient of IBF’s 2012 award for Excellence in Business Forecasting & Planning.

She has led demand review meetings, product review, inventory, and executive S&OP meetings as part of the S&OP process. Her experience covers multiple industries including packaging, food, beauty products, party supplies and sporting goods. Misty led the implementation of the inventory and replenishment modules of Arkieva at Escalade. Prior to joining Escalade in 2018, Misty worked as Demand Planning Manager at multibillion-dollar consumer packaging company Berry Global and, prior to that, as Inventory Planning Manager at cosmetics company Coty. Misty holds a degree from the University of Illinois.

Before taking this position, Sara led teams in the Planning Center of Excellence for Supply Chain & Logistics, Integrated Business Planning, and Product Lifecycle Management, where Product Lifecycle Management processes were tightly integrated with S&OP and Shelf Planning. Having managed teams and developed professionals for over a decade, she is an advocate of mentoring, coaching, and sponsoring talent. Prior to Harry’s, Mark managed the demand planning and inventory control functions for Hain Celestial’s U.S. natural foods and personal care businesses, and before that, worked at Samsung Electronics and Barnes & Noble’s Nook Device division. He has expertise in reengineering demand planning functions, implementing new systems and leveraging S&OP and CPFR processes to drive forecasting accuracy, service levels and inventory optimization. He is an active member of IBF as panel expert, moderator and chapter event host and holds a BA in Political Science from John Hopkins University and a MBA in Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business.

Simon’s career has seen him complete a 3-year stint with the Foreign and Commonwealth office in the UK civil service, but the bulk of his experience is at Innocent Drinks where he has worked in a number of Supply and Sales roles. Simon holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from the University of Oxford.
