Lynn Harac is Senior Human Resources Parter with Bayer. Prior to joining Bayer, Lynn held Senior Human Resource positions with Daiichi Sankyo, Roche Pharmaceuticals and Bristol Meyers Squibb. Lynn received her BS in Microbiology from Ohio State University.

Abby Kohut is currently with Renaissance Pharmaceuticals where she is responsible for Full Cycle Talent Acquisition. For their Supply Chain team. Abby is passionate about coaching and growing talent and is an award winning Speaker who participates in many events to provide her expertise to people across the nation.

Jeff Marthins is no stranger to the Institute of Business Forecasting & Planning, IBF as he is a regular workshop leader at conferences and IBF training programs. Jeff is an IBF Certified Professional Forecaster (CPF) since 2006. He has worked in all facets of manufacturing and planning. His current role is Director of Supply Chain Operations and oversees the Demand Planning Department. Jeff led the production module of a SAP and other software implementations at the company. His background includes many years of manufacturing, which has provided him with a solid platform for the creation and development of the Demand Planning Department. Even though Jeff oversees many facets of the Supply Chain Operation, he still has a passion for Demand Planning and Forecasting. He was also the recipient of IBF’s 2016 award for Excellence in Business Forecasting & Planning.

Kevin is a Supply Chain and Operations executive with a proven track record of developing talent, reducing costs, and delivering world class service. He leads a team of 300 people in the country and international fulfillment center operations for the Luxury Division. For 5 consecutive years, first at Lancôme then at Kiehl’s, Kevin delivered the highest lag 3 forecast accuracy in the world in L'Oreal Luxury, and reduced excess and obsolete by over 30%. In 2012, he built out the demand planning function and implemented consensus demand planning process at a $500M + CPG company enabling S&OP implementation, step changing forecast accuracy (120 index to PY) and reducing inventory levels by over 35%. Prior to this, Kevin worked at PepsiCo where he led the Demand and Supply Planning teams for the South Business Unit, with $3.4 billion in revenue, 14 plants, and 114 locations. He also piloted Voice Pick for the company and led the demand planning integration of Gatorade and Tropicana Chill into the Pepsi Beverages Company direct store delivery model for the South Business Unit. Kevin has served as President of the Institute for Business Forecasting & Planning (IBF) New York Metro Chapter since 2012 and has published articles in the Journal of Business Forecasting.

John Gallucci is Senior Director, Enterprise Planning at Mondelez International, with more than 20 years of leadership experience in business planning, S&OP, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP). He has designed and implemented planning processes across multiple global organizations in the consumer goods, food and beverage, and chemical industries. John holds a B.S. in Marketing and Business Management from Lehigh University and has been CPIM certified since 2000. A member of the IBF Board of Advisors since 2008, he is a frequent speaker on forecasting and planning best practices and was recognized with IBF's Excellence in Business Forecasting & Planning Award in 2014.
