In his current role as Vice President of Technical Services and Continuous Improvement, he is responsible for all demand planning, forecasting, analytics and IoT initiatives across the business enterprise. His background includes experience in IT sales and services as well as venture capital and investment banking. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Wes is now Senior Finance Manager, Pricing Market and Analytics, at Wabash National, where he employs cutting edge machine learning and predictive analytics to drive forecasts and business insight.
