Rudy Colberg is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in global strategy, planning, and transformation across the consumer and retail sectors. He currently serves as VP of Integrated Business Planning at The Clorox Company, where he leads the IBP Center of Excellence and oversees the company’s end-to-end planning transformation, including its AI/ML-enabled demand forecasting capabilities. Prior to Clorox, Rudy held leadership roles at BCG, EY-Parthenon, Accenture Strategy, and PwC, advising C-suite executives on strategy, innovation, and enterprise transformation. He holds an MBA and MS from the University of Michigan and a bachelor's degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Originally from Puerto Rico, Rudy enjoys watersports, tennis, and outdoor adventures with his family.

He held Sales and Buying roles at Amazon, which brought him to Seattle, then expanded into go-to-market operations at Starbucks, Nordstrom, and T-Mobile. For 18 years, Stephen has supported Demand and Supply Planning organizations. He enhanced his expertise through studies in Strategic Management at the University of Michigan and Wharton. As a community-focused veteran, he founded BluNexus to help small businesses apply leading IBF practices.

Tim leads the Enterprise Capacity Planning Team at Target, reporting into the COO. Prior to this he served for five years as SVP, Network Planning, Global Intelligence and Last Mile where he oversaw Target’s Supply Chain intelligence products and applications as well as end-to-end strategic and operational functions for Network and Topology Planning. Before joining Target in 2017, Tim held a number of leadership roles at Amazon covering Supply Chain Execution, Capacity Planning and Management, Inventory Placement and Labor Planning. He also spent more than a decade at Panalpina World Transport where he had responsibility for worldwide logistics and supply chain solutions. Tim sits on the Advisory Board for the Institute of Business Forecasting and Planning (IBF) and is a former Executive Director of The Warehouse Education and Research Council. Tim holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Industrial Engineering as well as a degree in Logistics and Supply Chain from the University of Technology in Darmstadt, Germany.

Todd has held several management positions in supply chain and production within his 28 years of manufacturing experience. He was the project manager to successfully lead his organization to Class A MRPII certification. He has facilitated the pre-S&OP and executive S&OP meetings for over 15 years. He holds a BSc degree in Business Management and obtained the Michigan Certificate from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He has been a speaker at several Supply Chain & Demand Planning events across North America for many years covering topics related to Demand Management and S&OP/ IBP. Todd is a Certified Professional Forecaster (CPF).

Sara Brumbaugh is Managing Principal of Ceres Analytics, a consultancy specializing in applied mathematics, statistics, and machine learning. Sara’s roots are in business forecasting: she’s worked with the IBF for over 20 years, and is the 2015 recipient of IBF’s Lifetime Achievement Award. Sara’s work in forecasting began in the electric utility industry, then progressed to data mining in finance to predict stock returns. Her recent work supported genetic brain research at Harvard Medical School. Other recent work includes patent-pending algorithms to detect financial fraud, along with genetic models to predict success of cancer chemotherapy. Sara holds masters degrees from Harvard University and Florida State University.

Eric is an IBF Advanced Certified Professional Forecaster (ACPF) and received IBF’s Excellence in Business Forecasting & Planning award in 2016.
