Massimo has extensive experience in S&OP and business management in high-tech companies. He is currently head of medium and long-term forecast activity in the Central Planning Department of STMicroelectronics, based at the Geneva headquarters. He is responsible for analysing medium and long-term business demand, assessing risk and market opportunities to support the Manufacturing Strategy, and preparing analyses and scenarios to drive wider company strategy. He moved into this role from a position managing the advanced STM Optoelectronic lab in Castelletto, Italy. Massimo has a strong technical background in Semiconductors and helped set up the current STM mid and long-term planning process. Before starting work at STMicroelectronics, he held project management roles at Italtel and Siemens. Massimo holds a BA in Physics and a Masters in Material Science from Milan University.

Luca is an accomplished leader with nearly 20 years of expertise in global sourcing, product development, and supply chain transformation. As Chief Planning Officer at Golden Goose in Milan, he oversees end-to-end supply chain planning, driving improvements in time to market and cost efficiency. His passion for direct-to-consumer models and mentoring global teams fosters a culture of engagement and excellence. Luca previously served as Vice President of Global Sourcing at Under Armour in Hong Kong, managing a $1 billion portfolio and achieving significant cost savings. He also held senior roles at Brooks Brothers in New York and Hugo Boss in Switzerland, where he led strategic initiatives to improve inventory management and supply chain performance. Luca holds a Master of Science in International Business from Verona University and has furthered his studies at Northwestern University and the Warsaw School of Economics.

Gildas Bah is a Data Scientist with 15 years of experience in data analysis, machine learning and artificial intelligence. He is currently working on the Data Management team at Harvard Business School Online. His current projects include student enrollment forecasting using Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing and Text Analytics to develop composite metrics for measuring student engagement. Recent projects included the development of quantitative and visual computation graphs for explaining multiple stages and concurrent A/B Testing results. Gildas has a passion for sharing his expertise with others to help advance their careers and improving data science methodologies. He holds an MBA and a Master's Degree in Actuarial Science.

Audrey is passionate about affecting change through supply chain optimization and currently focuses on supply chain and forecast optimization in the consumer packaged goods industry.

Toni has been working at Konecranes Plc. since 2005 with various responsibilities within sales, supply chain, and demand planning. Since 2010 he has led the operational process along with the development of global demand and supply planning. In his current role as Director and Head of Planning, Toni is responsible for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). Prior to joining Konecranes, he worked in the Telecommunications industry at Tellabs Inc. where he was responsible for the demand-supply planning operations within the Customer Logistics organization. He holds a degree in Business Administration from EVTEK University of Applied Sciences in Finland.

Then, she joined BD where she worked in many aspects of the supply chain including Supply Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP, DRP, and SAP Implementation. She currently works as Global Demand Manager for Oleon, a Belgian chemicals company, working on maturing their S&OP process and developing the Global Demand Planning Department.

Dare Fadeji has worked in P&G’s supply chain for 7 years and in its Demand Planning/Business Operations for 4 ½ years. His current role is Business Operations Planning Leader. Prior to embarking moving into Demand Planning, he worked as P&G’s Distributor Logistics Leader, covering 22 countries. Prior to joining P&G in 2012, he had an interesting career cutting across Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, Telecoms/Network Engineering, and Pension Fund Administration. Dare holds a B.Sc. in Systems Engineering from the University of Lagos and an MBA from IE Business School, Spain.

Miranda has worked in a variety of supply chain, operations and training roles during her career, including stints as Regional Operations Manager at Adecco, and various supply chain management roles at Amgen, one of the world’s largest biotechnology companies. At Amgen she led many programs where she combined process and system data analysis with academic research to drive decision making and to transform business culture. Miranda holds a degree in Chemistry from the University of Groningen, and a Master’s in educational science from the University of Amsterdam.
