Jeff is a Supply Chain Planning expert with extensive experience in Demand Management, Integrated Business Planning/S&OP, and Advanced Planning and Scheduling. Jeff has extensive experience working with the world's best-known companies to improve their Supply Chain planning processes and capabilities, from design to implementation. Jeff holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, an MBA, and a Master of Engineering in Supply Chain Management from MIT. He is also a recipient of Supply & Demand Chain Executive’s 2019 Pros to Know award. Jeff is an advocate for advancing the Supply Chain Management field and does so through training, and speaking at IBF events worldwide. He is an IBF Certified Professional Forecaster (CPF).
Tim Hotze most recently led Operations Planning at Target Corporation, where he oversaw S&OE, S&OP, IBP, long-term strategy, and end-to-end network planning. He also managed the Supply Chain Execution Control Center and Network Optimization, driving cost-service improvements and capacity investments. In 2022, he assumed leadership of Enterprise Capacity Planning, designing flexible, multi-echelon network strategies. Previously, Tim was SVP of Network Planning, Global Intelligence, and Last Mile, including fulfillment and sortation center operations. Prior to Target, he held senior roles at Amazon and was Global Head of Supply Chain Solutions at Panalpina. Tim serves on the IBF Advisory Board and holds a joint Master’s in Engineering and Supply Chain from TU Darmstadt.
Eric is a predictive analytics and business planning innovator, author, teacher and speaker. As Director of Thought Leadership at IBF, he brings over 20 years of experience, previously leading demand planning at Escalade Sports, Berry Plastics, and Tempur Sealy. Eric is an IBF Advanced Certified Professional Forecaster (ACPF) and received IBF’s Excellence in Business Forecasting & Planning award in 2016. He is a frequent speaker and panelist who has published extensively in The Journal of Business Forecasting and APICS Magazine. Eric is also the author of Cultural Cycles, Predictive Analytics for Business Forecasting & Planning, and Practical Guide to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP/ IBP).
