Sergio is a global S&OP leader with over 20 years of experience in different roles and organizations around the globe including Brazil, Denmark, Canada and the US. He is passionate about change management and process improvement. In his current role as Associate Director of Demand Planning NA with Grifols, he is one of the key contributors to the current global IBP implementation process. Prior to joining Grifols, Sergio worked for Novozymes, where he implemented S&OP processes and supported overall IBP maturity development throughout the organization. Sergio holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a master’s in Economics from FAE Business School, Brazil.
