And prior to that he was Director of Integrated Supply Chain with HJ Heinz where he implemented the next generation of S&OP. Carlos is fluent in German, Spanish and Mandarin. He holds an MBA from the Babcock School of Business at Wake Forest University and an Industrial Engineering degree from EAFIT University in Colombia, South America.

Meredith has led demand planning teams across multiple industries. She is currently the Director of Integrated Business Planning at Campbell Snacks (part of Campbell Soup Company). Prior to this she was Director of Demand Planning and Customer Fulfillment at Ball Corporation and has also led demand planning at WhiteWave Foods and L’Oreal. She holds a BA in Economics from Davidson College.

Nicolas Vandeput currently works as Supply Chain Data Scientist at Bridgestone. He founded the consultancy firm SupChains in 2016 and co-founded SKU Science, a smart online platform for supply chain management, in 2018. Passionate about education, Nicolas has taught forecasting and inventory optimization to masters students since 2014 in Brussels, Belgium. He is also the author of 'Data Science for Supply Chain Forecasting' and 'Inventory Optimization: Models and Simulations'.
