Prior to this he worked as the Director of Demand Planning at Escalade Sports, Director of Demand Planning at Berry Plastics, and Director of Demand Planning & S&OP at Tempur Sealy International. In 2016, he received the Excellence in Business Forecasting & Planning award from the IBF. He is an IBF Advanced Certified Professional Forecaster (ACPF) with over 20 years of experience. Eric is a visionary in his field, a frequent speaker and panelist for many executive forums and professional conferences, and has written numerous articles in publications such as The Journal of Business Forecasting and APICS Magazine. He is also the author of the books Cultural Cycles and Predictive Analytics for Business Forecasting & Planning.

Anish is Managing Director of the Institute of Business Forecasting & Planning, IBF. He is responsible for maintaining IBF's mission of fostering the growth of demand planning, forecasting, S&OP, and the careers of those in the field. He has been with the IBF since 1995 and is the curator of its forecasting and planning body of knowledge which drives IBF's globally recognized certifications and training programs. He regularly chairs IBF's Forecasting & Planning Best Practices conferences around the globe, building credibility for demand planning and inspiring new best practices and thought leadership in the field. He is credited with establishing IBF as the global leader in forecasting and planning education, certification, benchmarking research, events, professional networking, and professional development. Anish has a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Binghamton University and an MBA in quantitative analysis from St. John's University.
