Jonathan has been with Bumble Bee Foods for 6 months as their new Director of Global Planning. He is responsible for managing the entire S&OP process and oversees Demand and Supply Planning along with Master Data and Supply Chain Data Analytics. Additionally, he identifies opportunities within the supply chain and organization to grow sales, decrease inventory, improve supply and contribute to increasing EBITDA. Jonathan is an IBF Certified Professional Forecaster (CPF) and holds a degree in Business Administration.

Lori Anter, MBA, CPF

Lori has 20 years’ experience in Global Planning and S&OP having served in multiple leaderships roles at Waters Corporation, Cardinal Health, Honeywell Safety and CVS Health. Her experience covers overseeing the Global S&OP & Demand Center of Excellence for the Medical Segment businesses at Cardinal Health where she developed a team of Planners, implemented S&OP & Planning processes, and led the implementation of SAP IBP. Her background also includes several complex multi system conversions into a single forecasting software solution. Lori holds an MBA with a focus on Logistics, Materials and Supply Chain Management from Bryant University and is an IBF Certified Professional Forecaster.

David Hovey, CPF

David Hovey is a Sales and Operations Planning consultant supporting businesses of all sizes and industries. He founded Velocity Advisors LLC in 2019, a niche consulting practice supporting process deployment in Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Apparel, and Industrial sectors. Prior to consulting, David achieved a broad Supply Chain leadership perspective in planning demand, supply, inventory management, purchasing, materials management, customer services, and warehouse management. His most recent role was
Senior Director, Supply Chain Planning & Services at Hostess Brands. He is an IBF Certified Professional Forecaster and holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Truman State University.

Jeff Marthins, CPF

Jeff Marthins is no stranger to the Institute of Business Forecasting & Planning, IBF as he is a regular workshop leader at conferences and IBF training programs. Jeff is an IBF Certified Professional Forecaster (CPF) since 2006. He has worked in all facets of manufacturing and planning. His current role is Director of Supply Chain Operations and oversees the Demand Planning Department. Jeff led the production module of a SAP and other software implementations at the company. His background includes many years of manufacturing, which has provided him with a solid platform for the creation and development of the Demand Planning Department. Even though Jeff oversees many facets of the Supply Chain Operation, he still has a passion for Demand Planning and Forecasting. He was also the recipient of IBF’s 2016 award for Excellence in Business Forecasting & Planning.

Eric Wilson, ACPF

Eric is a predictive analytics and business planning innovator, author, and speaker. He is the Director of Thought Leadership at the IBF. Prior to this he worked as the Director of Demand Planning at Escalade Sports, Director of Demand Planning at Berry Plastics, and Director of Demand Planning & S&OP at Tempur Sealy International. In 2016, he received the Excellence in Business Forecasting & Planning award from the IBF. He is an IBF Advanced Certified Professional Forecaster (ACPF) with over 20 years of experience. Eric is a visionary in his field, a frequent speaker and panelist for many executive forums and professional conferences, and has written numerous articles in publications such as The Journal of Business Forecasting and APICS Magazine. He is also the author of the books Cultural Cycles and Predictive Analytics for Business Forecasting & Planning.
