Grant Hoffman is Chief Supply Chain Officer at Ciena. He is a seasoned supply chain executive with more than 24 years of leadership experience across the technology, consumer electronics, automotive, and consumer packaged goods industries. Prior to joining Ciena, Grant served as Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer at Poly and previously held senior supply chain leadership roles with Lenovo, Motorola, Google, Continental Automotive Group, and Del Monte Foods. Grant serves on the Board of Advisors for the Institute of Business Forecasting (IBF) and advises both the University of Wisconsin Erdman Center for Operations Management and Northern Illinois University's Operations Management department. He holds a bachelor's degree in business, an MBA from Northern Illinois University, and is an IBF Certified Professional Forecaster (CPF).
