Currently serving as the S&OP Manager at Aquachile, the world's second-largest salmon producer, Tania leads the S&OP process while overseeing control panels for cross-functional KPIs and monitoring digital transformation initiatives. Her career spans impactful roles at Unilever, CMPC-Softys, and Biomar, where she successfully introduced and optimized the S&OP process, establishing new departments at each organization.

Narendra Narukulla is a highly accomplished professional with extensive expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. Currently serving as the Vice President - Quantitative Analytics Manager at JPMorgan Chase, he spearheads innovative fraud prevention strategies for the cards portfolio. Prior to his tenure at JPMC, he played a pivotal role in pioneering Data Science and AI applications at Hershey’s and Wendy’s. Earlier in his career, Narendra excelled as a Business Intelligence & Analytics Consultant with TCS, successfully implementing analytics solutions across diverse domains including Supply Chain, Finance, Incentive Compensation, and HR, across multiple countries such as India, South Africa, and Saudi Arabia. He holds an MS in Business Analytics & Project Management from the University of Connecticut and is currently pursuing an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Narendra boasts SCPro1 certification from CSCMP, along with technology-related certifications from industry leaders such as Google, Oracle, SAS, and Intel.

Kyle is an experienced supply chain leader with more than ten years of progressive experience planning new product launches, with a focus on forecast accuracy. Prior to his current role at Adidas, he worked as Demand Planning Manager at LaCrosse. Kyle holds a degree in Business Administration, Management & Operations from the National American University-Albuquerque. In addition to his work at Adidas, he serves on the Portland ASCM Board of Directors and holds a certification in Production and Inventory Management.
