As the saying goes “Never let a good crisis go to waste”. That was the approach that Molnlycke, a global leader in medical solutions, took to the COVID-19 crisis. It was the catalyst to advance their supply chain planning approach beyond the silos and spreadsheets that had long weighed them down. In this session, Staffan Bröte, Global Director of Operational Excellence at Mölnlycke, will share how the organization moved beyond sequential planning to concurrency, fostering greater collaboration across the enterprise. He’ll also share the importance of understanding the wants and needs or your organization and customer instead of being bogged in the details of features and functionality when making a shift in technology and/or process.
