Judgmental Adjustment
A judgmental adjustment over statistical forecasts (baseline forecasts) for the elements that cannot be quantified or were not known at the time the forecast was generated. For example, the recall of a certain product has an effect on the forecast of a competitor, but it was not known at the time it was generated.
