Carol has over 20 years of supply chain management experience including distribution, logistics, inventory management, business analytics, demand planning, forecasting, and her great passion, S&OP. Her previous roles include S&OP Business Analyst Lead at Parker Hannafin, Sr. S&OP Manager at Spray Products, and her current role as Sr. Manager S&OP at Energizer. She holds a degree in History and Political Science from the University of Akron and is an IBF Certified Professional Forecaster (CPF).
