Tim Hotze
SVP Enterprise Capacity Planning
Target

Tim leads the Enterprise Capacity Planning Team at Target, reporting into the COO. Prior to this he served for five years as SVP, Network Planning, Global Intelligence and Last Mile where he oversaw Target’s Supply Chain intelligence products and applications as well as end-to-end strategic and operational functions for Network and Topology Planning. Before joining Target in 2017, Tim held a number of leadership roles at Amazon covering Supply Chain Execution, Capacity Planning and Management, Inventory Placement and Labor Planning. He also spent more than a decade at Panalpina World Transport where he had responsibility for worldwide logistics and supply chain solutions. Tim sits on the Advisory Board for the Institute of Business Forecasting and Planning (IBF) and is a former Executive Director of The Warehouse Education and Research Council. Tim holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Industrial Engineering as well as a degree in Logistics and Supply Chain from the University of Technology in Darmstadt, Germany.

Misty Eldridge

Misty is the Senior DT Manager, Planning and Fulfillment Systems for GE Appliances. She leads the digital team supporting planning and fulfillment systems across the organization. Prior to joining GE Appliances in 2022, Misty held several leadership roles in multiple industries ranging from food and packaging to CPG companies. She has a wide area of expertise including S&OP, Demand Planning, Inventory, and Supply Planning. She has been a driver of process improvements and leading digital transformations. Misty holds a degree from the University of Illinois. In 2022, she received the Excellence in Business Forecasting & Planning award from IBF.

Eric Wilson, ACPF

Eric is a predictive analytics and business planning innovator, author, teacher and speaker. As Director of Thought Leadership at IBF, he brings over 20 years of experience, previously leading demand planning at Escalade Sports, Berry Plastics, and Tempur Sealy. Eric is an IBF Advanced Certified Professional Forecaster (ACPF) and received IBF’s Excellence in Business Forecasting & Planning award in 2016. He is a frequent speaker and panelist who has published extensively in The Journal of Business Forecasting and APICS Magazine. Eric is also the author of Cultural Cycles, Predictive Analytics for Business Forecasting & Planning, and Practical Guide to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP/ IBP).

Debbie Evans is the Head of Integrated Business Planning for Elanco Animal Health where she is currently leading the global implementation of IBP processes across Elanco’s business segments, including U.S. Pet Health, U.S. Farm Animal, and international business segments. Her role is focused on driving alignment across commercial, financial, and operational functions to enhance decision-making, improve financial performance, and prepare for the successful launch of IBP capabilities in 2025. Prior to joining Elanco, Debbie was with Cummins Inc., where she played a pivotal role in implementing IBP processes across various business units, transforming operational planning and driving cross-functional alignment. Debbie is passionate about building processes that empower organizations to achieve their strategic goals and foster collaboration across all levels of the business

Rym Khelil
Division Sales and Operations Planning Manager

Rym has extensive expertise in planning and supply chain with an industrial engineering background. She currently manages Schlumberger’s Well Construction Division S&OP process at a global scope covering $9bn in revenue and 28,000 employees. Rym has 15 years’ experience within Schlumberger, having worked in various roles in planning and supply chain and across multiple segments and location including France, the UK and currently the US. Prior to her current role, she was supply chain manager for the Schlumberger Drilling Bits business. Rym has an advanced knowledge in strategic planning, Sales and Operations Planning, resource management, inventory management, distribution, logistics, category strategy, demand management, sourcing, supplier quality, and supplier management. She holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the National Polytechnic School in Algiers and a masters’ degree from Ecole Central de Paris.
