Previously, he served as VP at SAP, leading SAP IBP and advising global organizations on digital transformation initiatives. Raghav is also an adjunct professor at Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business, focused on AI innovation in supply chain management. He is the author of five books on IBP and digital supply chains.

Swapnil Joshi is Head of Strategic Planning for Beauty & Wellbeing, North America at Unilever, leading large-scale supply chain, digital, and fulfillment transformations. With over 18 years of global experience across North America, India, and South Asia, he has driven enterprise-wide planning and capital programs exceeding €1B. Swapnil specializes in strategic planning, digital transformation, and performance optimization. He holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering.

Ashley Oien is Senior Director of Demand Planning at Rise Baking Company, where she leads forecasting strategy and planning transformation initiatives. Previously, she served as Director of Demand and Supply Planning at Schuman Cheese. With a background in mathematics and statistics, Ashley began her career as a college mathematics professor before transitioning into supply chain.

Yuqing Qu is a Data Scientist at Niagara Bottling LLC, leading machine learning and advanced analytics initiatives to support supply chain optimization and enterprise decision intelligence. Previously, she worked at JD Logistics, contributing to large-scale supply chain data initiatives. Yuqing specializes in predictive analytics and scalable decision systems for complex organizations. Israel Camacho is a supply chain leader with more than 20 years of experience in forecasting, planning, logistics, and supply chain operations. He has held leadership roles in logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations supporting global missions across the United States and overseas. Israel specializes in demand planning, capacity planning, and supply chain optimization. He holds a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management and is APICS CSCP certified.

Eric Wilson is Director of Thought Leadership at the Institute of Business Forecasting & Planning, bringing over 20 years of experience in demand planning and predictive analytics. He previously led forecasting at Escalade Sports, Berry Plastics, and Tempur Sealy. Eric is an IBF Advanced Certified Professional Forecaster (ACPF) and recipient of IBF’s Excellence in Business Forecasting & Planning Award. He is a frequent speaker, published author, and contributor to The Journal of Business Forecasting.
